This comes after Donald Trump threatened military action against Nigeria over Christian massacre, in a recent post on Truth social.
In his post, he directed the US Department of Defense to prepare for a potential strike.
Tinubu Declares State Of Emergency
As reported by the Daily Post on November 4, 2025, the announcement specifically addresses the training institutions of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF), the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), and other security agencies.
The development was confirmed by Enugu state Governor Peter Mbah, who heads the National Economic Council (NEC) ad-hoc committee tasked with revamping security training institutions.
He made the disclosure during an on-site inspection in Lagos state.
